Advanced Care for Specialized Needs
When an older loved one is diagnosed with a chronic condition, it is important to partner with a highly skilled care provider with expertise in that condition. At Abby Senior Care, we provide ongoing training and certification on a variety of chronic conditions, such as Alzheimer’s and dementia, to ensure our care team is equipped to understand, empathize with, and meet the specialized needs of those we are honored to serve.
Through Relias Learning, a nationally renowned training and certification agency for caregiving professionals, each member of our team receives training to meet the requirements of the State of Colorado. In addition, each caregiver at Abby Senior Care is eligible to take 120 hours of specialized in-home caregiver training, ensuring confidence and competency in caring for older adults with conditions such as:
- Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia
- Stroke recovery
- Heart disease
- Parkinson’s disease
- Visual impairment
- And many others
We also provide families with much-needed peace of mind when their loved ones are in need of end-of-life care, respite care, and support/training to be better equipped and effective in their role as family caregivers.
We would love to share some resources with you specific to the particular challenges your loved one is facing, and to offer a complimentary in-home consultation to answer any questions you may have about our specialty care services for seniors.
